November 14 @ 9 a.m. – 1 p.m.

Foster children, kinship placements, and adoptive families are invited to join us for our monthly Second Saturday Shopping Event where they can “shop” for the clothing and essentials they need at no cost!

Our Second Saturday Shopping Event in November is our “Coats and Jackets” event! All foster, kinship, and adoptive children are eligible for a new coat or jacket. Our volunteers at Spreading Threads Clothing Bank make sure our racks are stocked with coats, jackets, and other winter clothing such as hoodies and joggers.

Foster children living in foster homes, group homes, or kinship placements, and adoptive children are also eligible for two new outfits and a pair of pajamas each month. Used clothing and other items such as books and toys are always available.

As first-time visitors to Spreading Threads Clothing Bank, foster and adoptive children are also eligible for a new pair of shoes and new socks and underwear. We are here to provide such essentials for children who are new to foster care who may not have such items.

Please bring your DCS form FC069 “Notice to Provider” for each foster and kinship child. Questions? Call Spreading Threads Clothing Bank at (520) 971-3237.

Stay warm this winter by grabbing a new coat or jacket from Spreading Threads Clothing Bank the second Saturday of November!
