Emergency Clothing Request

For newly placed foster, kinship, or adoptive placements who are in need of clothing before the next scheduled event, please complete the form below. We will review your request and then schedule an emergency clothing pull for you as soon as possible.

Please provide the appropriate documentation:

  • Foster / Kinship families: NTP – Notice to Provider
  • Adoptive Families: Order of Adoption, given by the court
  • AYAP & TILP Teens: Letter of authorization from a caseworker
  • Guardianship: Guardianship paperwork, given by the court
  • Group Homes / Congregate Care: Notice To Provider for each child as well as the name of Organization and House Name
  • Tribal Families: Tribal letter, provided by the tribe

We will make every effort to provide as many items as requested at this time. If future needs arise, please do not hesitate to reach out again to check current inventory items available. If approved STCB will email back a date and time to meet at the warehouse to shop, children attendance is not required but they are welcome.
